does a task get completed faster if I have more than one villager working on it or does it not matter? same as getting tech points...will I build up my tech points faster if I have more ppl at the research table?

yes, the more villagers on a task the faster it will get completed. similarly, the more researchers you have, the faster you will accumulate tech points.
