I finally got level 2 in farming and been working on the crops but what are the minutes to the crops? Mine will go down and all of a sudden will be back up again. I paused the game till I can figure it out cause I am almost out of berries, thanks everyone.

If you're changing your game speed, the time until the next crops will change also. That's the usual reason that the crop timer changes, but the time will malfunction if you're changing your computer's system clock.

Are you posting in the right forum? There are no berries in VV2. I think you want the VV1 forum.

okay so if I pause it and then go back it will change so I should just leave it on and let it go? After the crops are planted do I have to water it or can they research? Thanks very much, I am new to this.

You're right, Arnie, and I moved this to the correct forum to keep from confusing people who are playing VV2.

The crop cycles are not affected by watering, but your villagers will gain farming skill (which will be very valuable). You just need to decide which is the more urgent need for your tribe: tech points or farming skills.

Just wondering do I need a certain water to use for the crops ? Mine as using the well water and the crops aren't growing the time for the crops keeps jumping up again. If someone can help me with this it would be great. This is in VV1

The well water is all you need for crops. Can you be a little more specific about what the crop timer is doing - what numbers are you seeing when you check it? It's hard to determine what might be happening without something more specific to work with.

hi, sorry about that, well it usually is around 175 and will come down to 135 where it says time remaining for crop but then goes back to 175. Not sure if it has to go to 0 to get the first crop. This is in VV1 and I am not sure what I am suppose to do to get some crops. Thanks again.

That is not how it should behave. Have you been making changes to your computer's clock, by any chance?

No I haven't made any changes to the clock, do you think I should shut it down and reopening the game? Yeah it is very strange.
