Thanks, Kasey, here it is! I really have a hint AND a question. The hit: I discovered that if you take a child and put it o the leftover arrow(tool) near the place where the growth of thick vines were, in the upper right-hand section of the screen, and then "swap" the child villager back and forth between the tools and the nearby vines, maybe three or four times, then take the child on a "tour" around the village, and you will ALWAYS find either a collectable or a mushroom! This has worked at least the last 10 or so times I have tried it and I now have almost all of my collectables! OKAY, now the question: Where are the berries! I have yet to locate those and am running out of food! Thanks! Julie

If you're asking about VV2, there is no berries. If you're talking about VV1 then yeah, the berries are just nortjh of the research table.

Collectibles and mushrooms pop up faitrly often in VV2. I would imagine that by the time you'd finished the rigmarole you describe, Nana.Julie, one would be due anyway.

If it produced only rare or even uncommon collectibles, well ...

You're right Arnie, about the frequency of the appearance of the collectibles.

Somehow I doubt that it would help to produce uncommon or rare ones. It would be too easy to complete the collection.

I've played 9 games so far of VV2 and two or three times I was never able to get all the collectibles. Very disappointing.
