Can someone explain or inform me about the frequency of the island events in VV1? I enjoy watching what my villagers are doing but it take so long for something new to happen. How often do events pop up? I wish they were more frequent so people like me can have something to do while my villagers complete a task. That's just my "newbie" opinion. Please advise.?

Island Events typically happen about once a day. If you are familiar with the game log that's in the Virtual Villagers folder of Program Files, you can look in there after an Island Event has occurred and determine when the next one is scheduled. To see how to do that, check this thread.
