Did you do anything special to get the twins and triplets? Once I got the third level of medicine I thought I'd get something but I just got three single births. \:\?

After the level 3 of Medicine (in VV1 it's Fertility but in VV2 it's Medicine), there nothing special to do. I think the triplet or twin arrival is random!!
