Last Friday, I visited this website to purchase VV2 for my daughter. Unfortunately, I purchased VV1 instead. I noticed on the website that there is a 30 day money back guarantee. I have not used the key code or logged into the game. I did submit the form on Friday basically saying the same thing as above. I haven't received any sort of a response back. How long does it normally take? Ultimately, I would love to be able to exchange VV1 for VV2 but I don't know if that is possible.
