What happens when the gong is run and it says "Takes youth". I used a person who was 18 to ring the gong, and nothing happened to him, far as I could tell. He was 18 when I rang it, 18 when he was done.

If I'm correct, it doesn't allways effect the villager who just rang the gong, it can sometimes effect a different villager.
