how do i create more huts? or buildings? sorry if its a stupid question just i need to no.

and some reason i have converted trhe building to a school, and it hasnt done anything for me the kids still are born with only a very small amount of research, do u have to do somthing else to the school?

You will automatically have the ability to build more huts as your population grows enough to require them. The school only provides a small amount of skill (click on the picture on the puzzle screen to see the description again), and it also gives you a way to call all of the children.
