Are you saying that know matter how long you are away the villagers never age? If that is so you probably have a glitch in your game.
Because my game if I go away and leave my game on without checking in, all my villagers are normally dead unless I have a sizeable population, then I come back with a pile of skeletons.
I think it would be rather nice to think I would have a chance to have masters because they managed to stay at six years old. Do thier tech points increase or do they also disappear along with thier ages?
