I admit vv2 is fun but im doing really rough im dependent on only crops and alot of my villagers are either weakened.Elderly,or both and since im totally dependent on crops ive decided to get the last food tech and I have 70000 somtin and my food keeps getting drained away so im constintly looking for mushrooms for the no bar weak people and im totally stuck o and i have 29 population if you have any ideas on how to stop this then post because 2 villagers keep dying from starvation each time i lose crops

Your population is about double what the crops can support, so your only hope for extra food is to keep gathering mushrooms and have all of your adults researching when there are no crops on the farm. There are some stew recipes that can help your villagers survive.

Run your game at a slower speed, and gather them mushrooms QUICK! And do you mean there's birds constantly taking your crops? If so, check the VV2 Guides on how to get rid of them.
