Brook6 Newbie Registered: 03/24/07 Posts: 12	OK, I have Level 3 Engineering, Level 2 everything else. Builders have nothing to build! I have solved puzzles 1-6, 9, 12, 13, 16 Can't get any master builders and so no elders. Ideas???
