Hello. I'm new here. I have spent the last 3 days reading all of the posts. I have received lots of help from them! All of the info I've read made me want to invest more time in the game instead of just beating it like I did with VV1.
I just had something very strange happen. I was expecting an event (based on my log...thanks!) and I had a pop-up about wind. I checked the log to see if it was counted as an event & when the next one would be but there was no info about an event. I thought maybe the wind pop-up didn't count as an event. I checked my status and according to it I had had another event. I went away for a few minutes to do something and when I returned this is what happened...........
*I had over 1300 crops ready (isn't the max 800?)
*2 Master Builders
*Twice as many Tech Points
*5 of my villagers were now named Bixa (I already had 1 so the other 4 changed names)
*2 of my villagers were named Keli (1 had changed names)
I checked the log and there was over an hour of activity added, from 17:58 to 19:17. The event for the Wind showed up too.
THEN....I went back to the game to fix the names but I couldn't remember them. So I went back to the log to find the names and it had changed back to 18:18. I went back to the game and my crops were normal but the names were still wrong.
**I admit I have time warped (unfortunately that's how I completed VV1) before today but after I read the posts about it being bad, I stopped, except for once today when 3 of my girls got pregnant at once and I went ahead 1 hour to get them back to work. Time warping has messed up my crops before but never the names.
So, time warp or glitch? Thanks!!
