Wow i feel like such a loser because i still dont have an elder i dont know wat im doing wrong but im very close to one but i dont know how to make him get the 3rd master skill faster he is like 63 and will die soon and im sooo close so are there any tips?

Make him go "indoors" with a woman villager over 50 (they can't have babies after that) and keep doing it over and over and over. Pick a male villager that already has some parenting skills so it doesn't take forever. Just pull them away right away (don't let them actually go indoors) and then repeat it quickly.

If you do it enough it will make him be a master in parenting. That's a skill for sure! Hahaha!

I'm not a fan of giving men breeding skill - they can really disrupt things.

See if you can get enough tech points to get better medicine level. That will increase his life expectancy
