I just started the game and ran out of berries to harvest. I didn't realize i was watering the wrong field. Now, I've got all my workers planting and watering crops. How long will it take to get crops? I'm all out of food and several are about to die because they aren't eating anymore! Do I need to restart the game? Thanks for any help!

Chances are that you will need to restart, but don't give up! Keep watering the field, you might get crops before they die.

Does anyone know if the more water the field gets, the faster it will grow crops? Just wondering.

I don't think it matters whether the field gets a lot of water or just a little water. The key is to keep your farmers working the field so that they will become better farmers (master). That will pay big dividends later.

HI I am new to the game.. I cannot get anywhere but the main area.. all my berries are gone. I have 0 food supply and I cannot get to the river. Are we su[[osed to use the well water for watering the field or river water.. and how do I get to the river for water with rocks blocking it?

The first thing you need to do to be successful in Village Sim is to discover another source of food. The berry bush will only feed your villagers for awhile, and they need to learn to grow their own crops. Most people have found that it's necessary to research Level 2 of Harvesting as soon as possible, so that the villagers can learn to farm before they run out of berries. You should put off exploring other parts of the game until you have the food supply taken care of. Most of the puzzles that you're stuck on will be solved by researching more village technologies.
