I was wondering what happens if I give the fertility stew to 2 villagers.

They will do their parenting duties, but no garuntee they will with that other villager you give the stew to, they will go find the one they want, and with this game it seems the women acually make the choice of who they want, rather then like the first one, where they mate forever with who you want, lol this game is alot like real life huh.

I am trying to get a master parent before she dies and was hoping the stew would help.

I got a few master parents this way
just before they Croaked , I actually started to feel sorry they may need lip balm , keep her at it for smmoch and smooch and smooch

because the hut is a lie , it does nothing , its all in the kisses!!

Yup, if shes over 50 and no worries about children, then just pick up and drop over and over again, and yes the hut is usless lol let them kiss, and then pick up and drop again, hell runaway, but if you use an old guy, he wont run too fast LOL.

WooHoo!!! It worked! I fed the stew to old woman and 2 other women that I wanted to breed. They are all Master Parents now. I didn't have to keep dealing with them after the stew.

What does it mean to the game to have amaster parent ( or a dr for that matter)?????

When you get your first master, you'll get a pop-up which should help you

Mastering parenting or doctors make no difference to the game then any of the other skills, just somthing to master to help you get totems, but i have to admitt, 90% of my elders have a farming research building mix lol.
