Why is it SO hard to get a master builder? Is it even possible?

of course its possible! i had a whole village of them because all of my first villagers were masters and then they reproduced and their kids got skill from them and they became builders and so on. i'd be more than happy to trade, but i think they're all dead because i've been playing VV2 so much LOL!

OK, I have Level 3 Engineering, Level 2 everything else. Builders have nothing to build!

I have solved puzzles 1-6, 9, 12, 13, 16

Can't get any master builders and so no elders.

Ideas???

It sounds like you're playing VV2, not VV1. You'd get better help in the correct forum (the forum above this one), since the two games are different. \:\)
