I agree with having some weather, but nothing like monsoons that take away food or points. i'd also like to see them go to sleep too, maibe make it dark. Also in VV2 you see a lot of kids off by themselves and the caption reads a little bit lonely.i think it should read, taking some alone time or when it reads lonely and you bring another kid over they can run off to play not run off because they're too young for that. and when they all run around in a long line it should read follow the leader not playing tag.
Something else i thought was coming in VV2 but didn't was, something to do with all those collectibles. i thought they were going to be used to finish off the mosaic floor but ,no.

i have to admit i'm hooked on these games, they frustrate me but i keep coming back time after time.
i like how the adults get a chance to teach the kids in VV2.i also liked that there was more to build, so more villagers could learn to build.
i thought that the villagers that left on the raft might retun, either with news of having found the others, or tattered from having been knocked around by the waves. i guess we all have ideas, but the inventors have the knowhow.

I agree that the totems take up too much room and having the 3 skills mastered with name would be a nice touch. Adding the sex of villager would also be nice. Perhaps we could get totem heads that stack up 5 heads high (or how ever high you want them). Places to store them troughout the village would be nice.
It could add the spiritual feeling/look of the game. The totem area could be where the childern are thought under the watchfull eyes of the esteem elders.

I also think that the kids should gain some skills related to the items they collect. And once a kid has picked up a mushroom or whatever once or twice(or three times if he is specail) he should be able to pick the same item up on his after that.

Nursing moms should be able to teach the 10-14 year olds child care skills while keeping an eye on the other kids and gain points for that. Being stuck with a infant for 2 year without being able to interact is not fun and they don't even chat with the other moms.

Hunting could be added as a skill but make it so that you have to be 16 or 18 (a rite of passage kind of thing)before you could on ahunt and give each hunt outcome that could affect the hunter, hunting party or the village. (In the hard skill level the hunter could be killed etc)
And maybe they would only go hunts certain times of the year not like the daily thing they do for farming.

Me too - but I've decided I just can't manage without my daily fix, so have started another tribe.... not quite so challenging but still lots of fun, especially as I can use my knowledge of what the future holds - even more god-like!!
