I’d red in this forum that your villagers were 78, 84, 90+ years old when they died. My oldest one was only 75! I purchased the #3 level of medicine very early in the game. I make very often the stew that restores them but until now 9 people died (all esteemed elders) and they were 72-75 years old. Is there something else that I could do to help my poor villagers live longer?

I can't be sure, but villagers seem to live longer as the game goes on. It makes sense as the longer the villagers have been getting L3 medicine the more likely they will live longer. One who is born with L3 is likely to live a long time than one who was born when you were at L1 or L2.
