Has anybody have a village going and not got algae in the ocean with level 2 of farm tech? I know in one village i have going i don>t have algae in my ocean so far.

i had one, but then it died of starvation when the algae finally struck.

Ive found its easier and better for the village if you allow the algea to grow b4 you get farming 2, all the food possable from the ocean at that time is taken, and then if theres a food crunch, you dont have to worry and wonder why their not using the ocean. its a personal choice really. Its all up to the player, gl with your tribe.
