I opened the game this morning to find I had three boys - triplets - that had wonderful likes and dislikes. They didn't like to dance or play, they liked to work and lift. Plus they had healing skills. But the game and my computer was acting up terribly. Making weird noises. Wouldn't even let me get to the menu. Freezing every couple of seconds. I finally had to reboot without closing.

When I came back my three boys had turned into three girls with no likes or dislikes and no skills!

That's not the only problem I've had with the game. But that's by far the worse. I could've eventually had triplet elders there. They'd no doubt learn anything I put them to and work hard at it. Not to mention without them I really have no future healers unless someone gets sick and I can grab a kid to heal them.

Which is another odd thing. I'll click a villager who'd heading for the hospital, it'll say "not feeling well", but suddenly, without being touched or even making it to the hospital, they'll be healthy again. Annoying when I really need a sick one to train a healer.

Have your would be healers study the herbs. That will increase their healing skills.

Jer

I wonder if there are any "GUILTY bystanders?"

I wanted a two or three year old who has healing skills. That's why I had set my master doctors as breeders last night. *grumbles* I made a special stew, found a girl with no skills, and used the stew to get her up to "apprentice doctor."

But the reboot-causes-sex-change on my triplets is very annoying. That and the fact I just can't seem to complete my collections. So close, but so far....

How did you find out about the "special stew?" I am trying to find where a list is that tells you which stews will build which skills. Is there a list like that anywhere?

I appreciate all the help you can give.

The same kind of thing happens to me! (well not really) If I change a villagers name, close the game, and than come back again it sometimes changes back to the original name! same thing with changing clothes.
