You need certain puzzles and tech levels to be able to see the beetles and pebbles, Check the guide for the game if your stuck, if you have all tech and puzzles solved, just be patient they will show eventually, but their in certain areas, so if you dont have the puzzles and tech levels required you wont see them yet, if your really stuck, PM me and i will be glad to help.
