Has anyone had this problem? I had the game give me a message that one of my kids just turned 14 so they can now work, but when I clicked on "Details" of the kid, she's only still 13 and I couldn't make her work. An hour later, she turned 14 and was able to work. Is there a patch or will it just happen today? Or do I have to restart another game, if I continue to have messages that pop up an hour earlier before the event actually happens?

That's just a tutorial glitch - it has nothing to do with your computer clock or Daylight Savings Time.
