Any suggestions on how to get these guys to attain master status quicker? I have has three Adept Farmers now for two days. They keep farming but never reach master status. It is so frustrating.

Have them plant crops when crops are out. That helps. Also, fishing increases their level faster, but you have to keep dragging them to the water instead of allowing them to travel their on their own. You might just see a difference.

My question is about the doctors I'm trying to make.
Why is it they only study the plants for a short while, then after they become adept all they want to do is eat and swim? I keep dragging them back to the plants, but after they look at it for a few they go play or eat. I've even had to drag them onto a sick villager. If this island had a golf course I'm sure they would live there!!! lol

If you watch your villager after they fish or harvest crops it will say "...improved at farming" before they reach the food bin drag them back, it works faster that way.

As for doctors, I have heard that if you make the "sick stew" you can train them faster.

That could be puzzle number 5 in VV3, build a golf course.
