you can hit the PrtScn button and then paste it to a paint file. that's what i do!

to post a copy of your picture on this forum you may also want to look into imageshack.us or photobucket.com which will allow you to set up a free acct to upload your pictures to. each picture you post there will have a url you can use for posting. to post it here, include the url they give you between an [img] and an [/img] tag.

another way to post pictures to this web site is to click File Manager (right above the add signature box) when you are posting a response, and upload the picture to this web site, then save your note, then edit your note and insert the name this web site gave to your picture between the img tags.
