Every time I try and update my stats I get a message saying 'are you online?'. This started happening a few days ago. I emptied my cookies and restarted and it didnt help. I finally got all my collectibles, maxed out my elders and completed all the puzzles and now I want to know how I am doing. To make matters worse I got kicked of the leader board because I havent been able to update in a couple of days... please help me

I'm having the same problem at the moment - I'm assuming it was just a server error - keep trying it'll hopefully work eventually!

Same problem here, so it is not your server, but somethin in whatever handles the stats.

I'm having the same problem. My VV1 will update normally, VV2 will not. I know it's not a problem with either my computer or server.

There's a note in the forums that Arthur and Carla are away at the moment. I suspect the server has gone down and there is no-one around to fix it.

LadyCFII posted in another thread that they are working to resolve the issue, but that might have to wait as Arnie just said.

I saw that after I posted, I should read the Tech issues first.
