I had a gong effect that says "Grants Vision..." I have 95+ population and its getting hard to identify the actual effects.

What does this Gong Effect do?

The gong does anything. Ya' know, it's magic!

Do you happen to know what this particular gong event does? It just says "Grants vision"

Maybe it was meant to grant a level in Exploration. "Vision" as in being able to see things on the ground? probably..... just guessing

That sucks if that's the case coz by the time you get the gong, you've probably completed researching all the tech levels.

Exploration 3 is the next to last thing i purchase. I always have the gong before explore 3. But i somehow dont think that is what it does.

I had it do that and when I went to scan for collectables, I went too far and saw the graveyard - the spirit of one of the dead was standing there.

No, I don't. I haven't yet experianced this gong affect.

I had it say "takes technology". What does that mean?

Accphotography, I think it takes technology away.

I just rang it for the first time yesterday and that's what it said "takes technology". So I waited the day it says to wait and rang it again just now, it took 10,000 tech points away!!! Whaaaa!!!! I needed those really bad too!!!

Take one of your villagers to the graveyard to talk to the dead guy standing there. It will "teach" your villager new things.
