I've been running VV2 on double speed since it came out. When I checked my crop today, it said I'd have to wait over 2000 minutes for the next crop. Thank goodness I can still fish. \:\) Same weird number glitch with the hours played. Thanks for a fun game though. I can't wait for Chapter 3.

That usually happens when your computer's system clock is adjusted. Is that possibly what happened?

UPDATE: Make that 83609 minutes until the next crop. I'm playing double time and I haven't ever messed with the clock on my computer.

and 1397 hours left on the fire.

Could you provide a little more information about how you've been checking on the game? We have never seen that happen in months of testing.

I bought the game when I received the e-mail telling me it was available. I lost my first tribe. I've had this tribe since the second day. I check on my tribe several times a day. I've run it on 2X most of the time, sometimes going down to 1/2 at night. I first noticed the odd time things when I'd update my stats and saw it said I'd been playing for over 1700 hours. This newest time problem happened sometime last night. I went from the regular hour or two..to over 80000 minutes. I'm very willing to give any information you need to help me figure this out. Thanks

Daylight savings time is coming this weekend. I haven't touched the clock. I'm 43 years old and don't mind looking at hints when I'm stuck, but don't see a point in messing with the clock.

Could there be a daylight savings patch that was installed that messed it up?

the windows daylight savings time patches simply tell your computer "when" to switch the time back or forward an hour, they dont actually make any time changes. I updated 6 computers with the DST update yesterday on our network on windows 2000 machines and this is all it did. Was change the date of change from the first sunday in april to the second sunday in march and from the fourth suinday in october to the first sunday in november.

The only place this MIGHT have messed something up is you have to change your time zone, hit apply, then change it back to make the changes take affect. But this is only on Windows 2000, the DST update for XP comes in on automatic updates and most everyone should have had it by now. And others would be experiencing the same problem were it that, since its a worldwide patch.

I'm wondering if a virus could be messing with my computer. I keep getting rid of a fake MS site when I sign on...if I'm the only one having the problem, I suppose it must be something with my computer. I'd appreciate any help available. Thanks.

Interestingly enough...
The fire still has 1397 hours
The crop has 83545....
I see no light at the end of the tunnel...:(
I'm having trouble keeping everyone fed...:(
It's only a game.
