Don't you just love being able to rename your villagers?! I bet there are some funny ones out there, and i'd love to know what otheres are calling their tribes.

My tribe's name is Walahakamaka.

I name the villagers after friends and family and the difficult critters after my boss! (makes it a bit wierd when adding to the population tho! Trbes: Doinittuff for the hard level and the ezystreet tribe have it cruisy.

My tribes are:
The Koolaids
Lokis Tribe (all are named after mythology charactors)
AND
Mini (All are named after Biblical people, I even have a little Jesus!)

I also have the manatoba tribe, and the manchooey tribe and Blackfoot tribe. There not islanders but thier still a tribe.
We actually have blackfoot here in our state in Blackfoot Idaho.
There is so many names that a person can name thier villagers.

I only have one tribe going...and it is named Dysfunctional.
Guess I'm not too creative...

I never thought of names like the ones you have, by the way they are excellent.I only have one going at the moment. I just called it MY.TRIBE (i know boring) but they are - my tribe. Will think of better names from now on though.

my tribe is called hidden, but i name my villagers very wierd names, like, Hikapikaboo, Amaciano, Kifififififi, Ratafiti, Muchacha, and so on.......

I simply name the Tribe after me I even use Nemyar as tribe's name

I have two at the moment, one is Unubus the other is ElderDragon.

My daughter who is 7 named her Tribe Sama (which is a mixture of her name (Sammy) and Mama which is what she calls me which I thought was so precious. Then she wanted me to name mine "Mammy" which is a mixture of the same two. As far as villagers names go...I've changed a few but one that was given to me was Tuna...I just couldn't keep a villager named Tuna so I changed it to Tula lol. I LOVE being able to change the names...so fun. My daughter names all her villagers after her friends and the ones she thinks are ugly after the mean ones in her class lol...gotta love kids!!

I ended up with lots of blondes in one of my tribes, so of course it became the village of the damned. I've also named a few tribe members after friends.. almost creepy how the traits are so.. ummm, similar?? (hehe) Or else I name them after characters in books.. stuff like that. It's fun to be able to change the names!

I've named my three villages after Survivor tribes. I have Tagi, Kucha, and Ravu! (Tagi is the best so far)

My characters I've named a lot of them after Star Trek Deep Space Nine characters!
The only esteemed elder I have so far is named Dax.

I named my villages after groups on sci-fi shows. Federation, Browncoats, Rebel Alliance, Aligned Planets, and Eden Advance.

My Tribe is called EggNog! yay lol i love it

That's part of favorite thing on this one--lol I even change my people's names when they become a profession like for the tribe doctors they become Dr whatever their name is. I've named mine after casts of tv shows or books or favorite names and one tribe where they were all nationality ones

I have 5 tribes on my main computer and one on my laptop.
1. Ah Ooga - just like the sound...thought it was funny
2. Zenobia
3. Rawu
4. Iraho
5. Hileu (limited to 52 villagers but has 26 totems)
6. Ochella - the one on the laptop

The names don't really have any meaning...just what I came up with. If anyone knows of a meaning for these, let me know and I sure hope they don't have any bad meanings!!!
