ok, Am I missing anything here? I have done all the puzzles, bought all the tech and finished the gong. I am waiting to find my last couple collectables (darn them!!). I have been ringing the gong for the past few days, not getting anything great. My tech points are high and so is my food.

What is the point after this?? Does anything happen after the puzzles done, all techs fully researched and all colletables found? After that, will my villagers just keep on working, having babies, getting totems and dying? Or will something neat happen??

Like VV1, the game is left 'open-ended'. If you don't want to continue searching for the least few collectibles you can start another game or let your villagers carry on as they are, and pop in every now and then to see how they're getting on. Of course, you can always start another game in another slot, while keeping the first game running.

Every game played is different and you can try out different strategies to see how they affect your villagers' development.
