Well, here is thing.I don't know what tech to buy.I'm choosing from culture and medicine.What do you think is better?Level 2 of what?I already have all of them at least level 2 aceppt this two.Wich one to buy?Please tell me!

Culture then Medicine. You can do more with culture and if you're just started your villagers should be young enough to hold off on the medicine for awhile.
