How do you get Twins or Triplets?? I want them really bad but can never get any.

Yes you can get twins and triplets on the game. But you need higher levels of a certain tech. And then you just have to hope.

Research parenting. Besides that there is nothing you can do. Twins and triplets are not as common in VV2 as in VV1.
