I have my game set to X2 speed, and my villager started nursing at 120 minutes. Now, an hour later, she is at 110 minutes.

Hey, did you check make sure she hadnt acually had the kid and is carrying a new one? or did you have it paused by accident. check and make sure this isnt a second child. if you havent ogt any children then you know the answer is no, but if you have a few children, one of them may be her first one.
