I can only assume that that was achieved by a lot of tedious work - that is, forcing them to study the plants over and over or cooking stews to make villagers sick and then monitor the healing process. I have a doctor now whose choice of work was healing at the age of 14. He is now 46 and still not master!!!

Several of my villagers has succeeded in becoming masters in BOTH science AND farming at that age or even before that! Frankly, it is almost as bad when it comes to building. They work more than 20 years as a builder and still don't get a master degree.
