So i let my fire go out hoping to make a couple of adept doctors into masters. I feel like the fire has been out for ages & only one villager's health bar is declining. Argh! Any pointers?

There are a couple ways to make villagers sick -- you can either pick the wrong option in an island event, or you can make them eat some really nasty food.
