I keep picking them up and dropping them into the ocean, then I drop them into the ocean and I drop them into the ocean ... Eventually they get the hang of it and start fishing on their own but it takes a LOT of repetition to get them to do that.

My doctors won't study. There are about one or two who study "the strange flower" but I have to keep picking them up and dropping them in front of all the medicinal plants or they just wander around doing other things. At least if you CAN get them to fish for themselves they DO and then that's all they want to do.
