Is it worth starting over when your Villagers start to die? some of them are still living but I just want to know if you think you should just start over?

Die of starvation or old age? If it's old age, then no.... you might see if you can get a higher medicine tech to let them live longer.

If of starvation, you'll have to judge how close you are to getting food for them. Hard to give a straight yes or no without knowing the circumstances

I never give up until I have to. But that's just me. If you feel that you're not that far into the game and would like to start over to do things differently, that's not a bad plan, either.
