I tried the first time with the renew activation code in my email but it says invalid for some reason. After that when i tried to open the program again, it just keeps closing after the email part.

It keeps giving this error -
AppName: virtual villagers - the lost children.exe
AppVer: 0.0.0.0
ModName: virtual villagers - the lost children.exe
ModVer: 0.0.0.0
Offset: 002098d7

You should probably contact Big Fish Games for help with this problem, since that's probably where you purchased it. They are usually very responsive. If you don't get the help you need, send me a Private Message.

Hi,
I'm new so I really didn't know where to ask this question but this looked like a great spot ;o)

Ok, I purchased the VV2 game from LDW last week (02/25) and have since dl'ed it on my home PC and have my village running smoothly. My question is HOW do I get this game on my PC at work? Do I have to purchase another copy? I just want to be able to start a new village there and since this didn't come with a CD ROM is it even possible for me to do this?

Sorry I'm not very computer savvy so forgive me if I'm out of line for asking this question. I don't want to do anything illegal. As for my work PC, my husband and I own the place so if the boss wants to play VV2 at work she definitely has permission, lol!
Thanks for any help on this!
Steff

How you install it on your work computer will depend on where you purchased it. Check your confirmation email. If it came from Plimus, you purchased it from us. If that's the case, all you need to do is download the trial from here and enter the registration information from the confirmation email. If the email says Trymedia, then you purchased the game from Big Fish Games. Simply follow the instructions in the email for installing on another computer. Big Fish Games also has an excellent support page with instructions for activating the game on a different computer. Just go to http://www.bigfishgames.com and click on Help to access their support page.

Wow thanks for getting back to me so fast! I did purchase it from here because I remember the name Plimus.

You guys are great! Thanks a million! Can't wait to start up my "work" tribe. Think I'll name it "Slackers" lol!

Have a good one!

Steffany
