I actually think melian1965 isn't really talking about the doctors not doing anything, nor the patients and/or doctors being stuck in the hospital. I think melian1965 is referring to path problems (I don't remember what the game designers actually call it, but it has to do with where they can and cannot walk) in that they get stuck and start walking in circles. In other words, the builders act like they are trying to get to the front of the building, but can't. The kids near the black vines or the doctor near the black vine seems to get stuck, same with the red flower in the bottom right hand corner. Is that what you meant? I have seen another reference to the problem and one of the game designers responded back that they were aware of it and were working on a solution.

They are working on some of the path problems, as they've said in some of the posts. Hopefully all of them will be addressed, but I would not count on all them being fixed. I would suspect they will work hard on the most "troublesome" path finding issues, but minor ones that don't effect game play will be the last to get fixed, if at all. So try and be patient and we will all see which ones get fixed when they release the patch.

in my well-populated villages, I usually get a mass of people on the top of the "swimmin' hole" cliff, all piled on top of each other. is that the same as the "black flowers" one? and as for the hospital glitch, I don't seem to get people stuck there unless I drop builders on it, then they end up walking on the rafters if I don't do it carefully. it's pretty funny to see.

When the builders repair the hospital, after a while they tend to walk round it and then get stuck in a rut above the hospital, walking to and fro and getting nowhere. Some of them escape, but I have to save a lot by moving them to another hut. Otherwise they will never gain any builder skill. The only people who get inside the hospital by their own free will (that is, without my interference) is the sick people. They don't do it everytime, but if they do the doctors are unable to reach them and heal them. The black vine problem has to do with putting people their to either collect herbs or gain healing skill. Sometimes they get stuck. At least that is as far as I know about the problem. Personally I don't think that is a big problem. It is far worse when they get stuck by doing something automatically (that is, without my interfering or taking action). That takes a lot of tedious work to save them, so they can continue to learn skills.
