in my well-populated villages, I usually get a mass of people on the top of the "swimmin' hole" cliff, all piled on top of each other. is that the same as the "black flowers" one?

and as for the hospital glitch, I don't seem to get people stuck there unless I drop builders on it, then they end up walking on the rafters if I don't do it carefully. it's pretty funny to see.
