OK, so I started a new village and one of my kids was 13 when it started didn't like coconuts so I decide, "Hey, lets make her the farmer when she is old enough to work and conserve those nuts." I am 56% on the puzzle you use 2nd level engineering for so everything should balance out before I run into fish trouble. That was working great, all my little people are busy doing their task and minding their business and she is just a fishing away.

I look away for 10 minuets and come back and what has happened? The lovely, lovely fog that eats food has come to my village and taken away all my food. Now I got her fishing and the nuts are having to be picked to get my food supply back up. Now I will never know if my idea will work!

2nd thing: All my kids were like 10 or older so I had all adults before I got another kid on the ground. And what do I get? An absolutly beautiful little girl...that hates running. She picked up a shell and while she was busy creeping along I watched a red mushroom come and go. And since I have no more food, that means no more babies at least for a while!

Aww, sorry keri, that's one of those things that will happen eventually, though.
I just scream when a child drops something I really need... Like that last beetle (I did get it eventually), the kid picked it up, and dropped it. I threw her and used loud violence... But you don't want to know the next thing I did to the kid...

And just to add insult to injury, I decided to have my true blue runner stop building and start fishing to quickly up my food count. She ran away. One guess who hates swimming.

I have that same darling; slow as molassaes. And she is an apprentice doctor! I actully had someone die because she moves so slow. If she wasn't such a sweet thing, she would have met the same fate as the ugliest creature I'd ever seen.

I timed how long it took her to take a mushroom from the beach, close to the crate, over to the food bin. Exactly 2 minuets. Yikes
