Has anyone ever heard a sneeze and not found a sick villager? I've had this happen several times now with one of my 3 villages, I'll hear the sneeze and then scan through all 90 villagers only to see everyone healthy, which is good but what's up with that sneeze?

I've had that happen several times on both VV1 & VV2. You could be scanning that particular villager right after they've been healed & returned to healthy status. With a large village, that seems pretty likely. I noticed recently that when a healer is going to be effective, it sometimes seems almost as soon as they reach the sick villager, their status changes back to healthy.

I got that just after getting an island event telling me everyone had hayfever from the spring flowers. Everyone was sneezing but noone registered as sick.

I think it was just an added fun thing.

Was it perhaps on startup? I've heard it a few times then. On looking through the log files I've found a villager fell sick and was cured by a doctor while the game was off.

In a similar way, I've very often heard a kissing sound on startup.

Kissing sound on startup... I think it's like VV1 in that if a village has adults that are (or may be) reproducing without human intervention, you will get the kissing sound as a village (tribe) is opened. Never heard this except with fairly mature villages.
