I currently have two games running and I've had this happen with both games.

My villagers change names on their own. It's not a huge problem, but it can get confusing if I'm trying to keep track of certain villagers and such. I just realized recently that it seems to be villagers who are next to each other in the Details screen who end up named the same.

I haven't seen this mentioned (apologies if I've missed it), has anyone else run across this? I also had this happen with less frequency in VV1.

Yes, this is a widely reported _bug_ that we are diligently working to find. So far, we have been unable to reproduce it reliably enough to fix it.
