Is there a max for elders and totems? I have about 10 villagers that have completed their three required tasks to make elder, but they didn't go to elder status or get a totem. I have a total of 50 totems...

Yeah. That's pretty much it. Although there's another way to go over 50 (it happened in my village)....

I think I saw it mentioned in another thread that 50 is the max number of totems you can receive.
