I've reached a max population of 90 and no new hut foundations are showing up. I saw someone post that they were at 107. Any info?

I'm at 100 and some of my little peeps have passed from old age but, it's not telling me I can add anybody so, I'm not quite sure what the max actually is.

Thanks, Elaine. Do you have more than three regular huts? I have 3 and the "luv shack", but when a couple goes inside it says "There isn't enough housing to support more population!"

Idk if you want me to spoil it, but there are four things you can do that raise your max population by 5.

the max is 90

however, certain things can increase your max population

I'd love a hint, if that's possible

there are 4 sepaerate (but similar) ways to get a pop increase

I once had a message that a crate (or drum) with toddlers washed up on the beach, and I can see that if twins or triplets were born (after there's room again) that that would put the pop over 90, but I don't think that's what you're talking about.

Would it have something to so with two elders getting together?

Elaine, did you do something special to get your pop to 100?
