I thought there was a thread for wishes for the game patch. But I can't find it.

Anyway, I was thinking, either for this game or VV2 it would be nice when you've gotten a certain level of science and farming your villagers could learn to do more then water the field. Namely fertilize it and make crops grow faster. Gross as it might sound, we might see a villager going to the spot where the kids go when "nature is calling" and "gathering enriched soil" then dropping it off in the farm field. Or even just gathering dead vegitation like leaves, flowers, etc and spreading it around. It's kind of boring to watch them only plant, water, and fish.

They could also fertilize the coconut trees to make them grow faster too.

I think I have seen a ouple of people suggest that instead of watering the feild they actually weed the feild and have that reduce (just a little though) the time it takes the crops to grow

i doubt they will make that big of a change for the patch, but we can start begging for it to be a feature in vv3

You know what else I wish? Having forgotten more then once to set the game for half speed when I go to bed or work, I come back to the fire being out. It would be nice if they'd manage the fire by themselves. Especially since I've been sick IRL (ear and throat infections, ug!) and can't always remember to take care of them. All the puzzles are done. They're breeding nicely without much help from me. So I don't think it's too much to ask that they tend the fire without my help! It's no different then doing farming without me.
