i got the event where a ship is washed ashore and there is debris on the beach once again. I tried sending villagers and builders to that debris but nothing happens. what am i supposed to do with that? (just a hint would be fine)

try waiting 5 mins and send them agian , or close the game and then start it again. see if that helps.
