I only found VV1 about 5 days ago but I'm already more hooked on it than I ever was with The Sims. Of course I guess I'm being too controlling right now as I pause my games when ever I leave the computer (I haven't even gotten to a poplation of 30 yet.) I live in Jamestown, RI and my only children are my four ferrets, so that leaves me plenty of time to play this game. I've never really posted or chatted much on forums, but I hope this will be fun. Yes, they definately get into everything. Every morning they are all right up in my lap trying to eat my cereal with me, and when I go clothes shopping they go through the bags as soon as I get home before I can get anything out to put away.

They sound like lots of fun! We have a new kitten and she is the same way, don't know what I would do with 4 of her!

Welcome bluejack! Is California the only state that it is illegal to own ferrets? It seems a lot of people have them, I always thought you could not own them as pets.

Of course I let my little girls fee-roam, my eldest gets upset if she can't find me during the night (she is 6 Years old.) As far as other places where ferrets are not allowed the other major one is New York City. They say that ferrets are wild animals, and therefore illegal, but ferrets have been domesticated for about 2000 years.
