I've also maxed all my techs and solved all the puzzles. I have 95 villagers and 17 totems, but I'm still trying to find another 8 collectibles. I need one in the first category, three in the second and two each in the other two but they don't seem to appear and I've had none of the type three mushrooms at all (I haven't seen any anyway). I've got over 1 million tech points, but I'm still waiting for those pesky last few collectibles to turn up.

I might start another village and see how those villagers get on.
I didn't know there was a type 3 mushroom, have only got brown and red so far, now I'm excited...is there something else to search for. (I note that you are from South UK, I'm from Gosport, anywhere near?)
