okay, so I purchased VV: A New Home from BigFishGames a while back and LOVE LOVE LOVE it! Well, I have a mac and for some reason, when I turned on my computer the other day, it, for some reason, lost the passcode. I got this game so long ago that I no longer have the email with the code. I figured, no problem, i'll email them.. I did, and they said I never ordered it!! Does anyone know what I should do??? \:\(

I believe if you don't have a Big Fish Game Club account, your order history would be based on the e-mail address you used when you purchased the game. Is it possible you used a different one?

Perhaps join the BFG game club so you can repurchase the game for only $6. You can also get VV2 for $6 and there are a few other games that are fun like ravenhearst and titanic and so forth that you can get for $6.

Everyone's financial situation is different, so $6 may seem like an extraordinary amount of money to you. If this is the case then I apologize for suggesting this course of action.

Are you sure you bought it from BigFishGames? There are many places where to get the game from and it can be confusing. When you start the game, which screens do you see?

it's definitely BigFishGames. I get all my games there. i just used the form to have the purchase histiry emailed to me. I'll try to email CS again. Thanks guys! And i'll look into joining the club. Loks like it would save me some money! ;\)

If you get any purchase history or something that shows you bought it, you can send that to Carla and she will get you a copy from us. We'll get you going again, and you certainly will not need to pay again.

I bought my V V 1 from gamehouse and had to reformat my computer, so I lost the game, is there a way to get the order history from them also. By the way VV2 is the best, thanks guys for another great game

Robert, I'm not very familiar with Gamehouse, but I found a link on their support pages for you. You should be able to get your order history here https://store.gamehouse.com/store-lookup.jsp Hope that helps.
