I have just had four of my first villagers die, but the worst one was the one that was my only master farmer. I was using him to do one of the puzzles and he disappeared just as he got to the food bin. None of the other farmers can level up to master, they seem to be stuck right at the end of adept.

My first death was a kid of 17, dont remember what he died from, but it was from an event. This was in my first village. Solved all the puzzles, got all the collectibles except one so I erased it.

My first death was actually the first baby on the island. We went through a food crisis and he died of starvation. He was only 10 years old! My last and most recent death was of Kate the almost master builder! She died of old age at 66 and she took her baby to a grave with her. I still can't believe she's gone. \:\(

Tears fell out of every villager's eyes. Everyone was working but no one was talking happily as they usually do. Everyone was holding back sobs of heartache. Everyone was silently crying. Everyone glanced sadly at the new headstone in the graveyard. Everyone knew what they other one was thinking but ,trust me, none of them are pyshics. Everyone was grieving, grieving for Ringo. Who died today.

I will miss Ringo he was the guy we loved to hate when he tried to destroy Meka's and Gin's love for one another. He was the guy we rooted for when Greg died and he had to be leader that had to pull together a broken tribe. He was the guy we respected and cared for and loved. But it was his time to be with the founding memebers and others who have passed. I know he is happy because he can now be with the mentor that taught him all he know, Greg. I know he was happy when he saw the temple restored, the great Idol carved, and seconds before he passed on our tribe found the tresure buried by our food bin! He accomplished everything he hoped to. But never had a child and I don't think he regreted it! May he rest in peace.

My most untimely death was one of my builders. I have been working real hard on my villagers to get 3 master builders so I can get one of the puzzles and I had one villager left with only adept almost a master builder, and my eldest villager passed away just before it was completed. Now I have to get another one started and hope that the others don't die first.

Everyone in the village died except little Aika, 5 years old. She has managed to live alone for 65 years. It is so sad. I was hoping for another couple to come and join her and repopulate my very first VV2 village but I don't think that will happen. It is too bad we cant send a couple from another village to join her. She is 70 now and will be the last of her tribe.

When I've had games that were near disasters, I make sure that it is on 1/2 speed, and keep that game running in an open window as much as possible. That way there will be more events occuring and therefore more chances of additional villagers arriving to help out.

If necessary, I'll revert to a saved version of the game in increase my chances, or just start again from a younger age.

My most untimely death was also my very first death. A 9 year old girl, Sara got an event of a hole in the ground or maybe it was a sack but any way I made the stupid choice and she ended up being bitten to death by an angry swarm of fire ants I was soooooo sad and felt terribly guilty after that. Oh.... and I learnt not to look in the rotting sacks and down holes in the ground \:\)

I just started playing VV a few days ago. I've read the posts on here and thought, "I'm not THAT attatched to this game. I'm not going to have a favorite villager." Well, I was wrong. I had a favorite and she died right after rearing her set of twins to the age of two. I actually got sad! She died right before we started work on the temple. I now only have one of my original adult villagers left. \:\( Boy, this game gets to you!

My first death was a man named Kappa, his epitaph was "dedicated to his children" which was funny since he did not have any....

More recently I started to name the tribe after members of my family and my friends - wouldn't normally but for some unknown reason I had five villagers all called Caia - when they started to die you can imagine how upset I was. I will never do that again!

My most untimely death was in my 2nd village in VV1. I was starting this one without the help option because I wanted to try and do it on my own.
A typhoon struck the island and washed away all the food. The berry bush was already depleated, and I was still a few points away from farming tech.
Unfortunately all my little villagers died of starvation before they could get in a crop.
This taught me to concentrate on farming and research before going on to building and other things.

Ok, how do I mark this as a spoiler in case some poor soul out there doesn't yet know or want to know about this stuff?

One of the saddest was from an event in VVI. It's the one when the villager drinks and oily blue liquid. It makes the person think of porridge they had as a child. And they become about twenty years younger. The villager was a five year old child.

The second one was Nina. She was killed by fir ants and nursing a child. A few years later, Bella died from the famine and she too was a nursing mum.n
The worst was just a few months ago. The eldest villager rang the Gong and the Gong took life. Every villager died

I made the wrong choice for one of the first events in my first-ever game of VV and a little girl was killed. I can't remember the details now. That started the village on a downward spiral and it wasn't long before I lost all the villagers ...

With that sort of start I'm slightly surprised that I still became hooked on VV, and, later, VV2.

Well it's not strictly a death, but it was my 1st set of triplets and I decided to let mom (who had just got pregnant a few seconds before) go for a swim in the lagoon, hey presto I got a golden child but lost 2 babies. Thats got to be one of the youngest deaths/disappearances ever \:\)

In my first ever VV1 tribe, I had a little girl who died at 5 years old. \:\(

My sister's tribe had a villager who died at 39. \:\(
